This machine is applicable for the lamination of two-layers or multi-layers rolling materials such as all kinds of plastic film, paper, AL-foil etc.

Main Features:

This machine is especially suitable for the lamination of glued plastic film with large diameters of roll paper. The second unwinder is hydraulic lifting structure which can auto feed the roll paper with max rolling diameter of 1400mm. The rewinding frame is hydraulic auto-discharge structure, which can unload the laminated finished products automatically. this design is convenient and labor-saving.

Not only realizes the function of one-key start and one-key stop, but also auto-alarm and auto stop the machine when material is run out.

4). Stable Performance: All the tension is automatically controlled by PLC, three sets of automatic corrective system, three motors and three frequency converter control system, guarantee the stability of equipment at high speed.
